Two fold approach:

Functional nutrition protocol for intuitive eating

~ Easy to follow steps for intermittent fasting: balance blood sugar levels, as well as master key hormones like cortisol, leptin and ghrelin. We will aim to reset your hormones. This will help you get rid of unwanted cravings and mood swings

~ Hunger Scale: learn to hear your body messages and understand when you are truly hungry. No sugar, No flour: turn off the noise and tap into your own body wisdom. Eliminate all forms of concentrated sugar and flour and substitute for unprocessed wholesome foods.

~ Lifestyle: did you know that sleep, movement and stress management have a direct effect on your hormones? Learn to track your patterns and adjust according to your feminine cycle.
